In conjunction with the Secretariat Vox Populi award on January 11, 2014, TROTT and the Secretariat Foundation hosted the West Coast premier of Penny Chenery's documentary, 'Penny & Red'. Dean and Patti Reeves, owners of the great Mucho Macho Man, won the Secretariat Vox Populi award, and we were honored to have them at our event later that day. Guests enjoyed a VIP reception and a silent auction with unique Secretariat memorabilia, in addition to viewing the movie. Seeing Penny's story of owning the great Secretariat was so much fun, as well as the Q&A afterwards with the filmmaker, John Tweedy. The Disney Secretariat movie
left out a lot of details that you'll see in Penny's film.

Save the date April 5th, as we are planning an encore presentation of the Penny & Red documentary, as well as the Ron Turcotte documentary.
